🔁 Deadline: You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

📩 How to request: Send an email to sac@vivecar.com.br with the order number, reason and photos of the product (if necessary).

🧾 Conditions: The product must show no signs of use and be in its original packaging.

💸 Refund: If you choose to return the product, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days after the product arrives and has been analyzed.

🚚 Shipping: VIVECAR is responsible for the return shipping cost only in cases of defects or shipping errors.
