Cancellation before shipping:

• We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

• Just send an email with the order number

Cancellation after shipping:

• The customer may request a return after receipt (see our Return Policy)

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Reimbursement:

• Payments by card: refund within 7 business days

• Pix and boleto: refund via bank transfer
